Symmary

In the modern period it is the most important the “Raising of the Business Social Responsibilities”. To this problem is payed the special attention in Europe, and Georgia is gradually becoming the part of Europe.

The priority of the business social responsibilities is determined by various occasions, and the principle is the increase of the nonmaterial factors of the economy, which is connected with the development of the human potential. For today the competitiveness of the company on the world market, mainly is determined by the qualitative indicators. Among them the most important is the implementation of the innovations and new technologies the background of which is human, intellectual, social capital or in the other words the quality of the working force and motivation of the employees. Exactly this circumstance gives economic imperatives to the business social responsibilities rising.

In new millennium, mainly in the developed countries, the high standards of social defense are developed. That’s why it is necessary to raise the social function of the large business, their relation with the state and processing of the social development strategy with the society. Many foreign scientists consider that if the large business does not take the responsibilities up on itselfto solve the social problems, it will become the victim of the social problems itself. 

In Georgia, the priority of the business social responsibilities is conditioned with many occasions. Among them must be indicated the lack of the budget recourses for the implementation of the complete social policy. So, the role of those companies in these processes must be increased importantly and as result of this business will transfer from the one-dimensional market school to the multidimensional where must be indicated the aspects of their economic, social and ethic aspects.
